Doberman Drawing Room New Menu in Downtown Las Vegas
Doberman Drawing Room, the new cocktail-driven haven from acclaimed mixologist Juyoung Kang and tastemaker Ryan Doherty of Corner Bar Management, has introduced a curated new bar menu designed to complement its inventive beverage program.
Located at 1025 S. 1st St. #100 in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, Doberman Drawing Room welcomes walk-ins and reservations, which are accepted on their website.
The new menu, shown above, reflects the same attention to storytelling and bold flavor as the cocktails. Highlights include warm tangerine and rosemary olives, Berber-spiced chicharrón, and maple-candied pecans. Ancient sea salt kettle chips are served with caramelized onion dip, with the option to add Royal Osetra caviar for a luxurious twist.
For heartier selections, Doberman Drawing Room presents tinned fish pairings served with warm sourdough, French butter, and crushed purple chili; and the Charcuterie Library for Two, a dramatic centerpiece served inside a hollowed vintage book. As the first “page” is set ablaze, flames curl away to reveal a curated spread of artisan meats, cheeses, house-made preserves, and fresh fruits hidden within. Those with a sweet tooth can finish with a duo of cookies, brown butter, and Swiss chocolate chip paired with delicate limoncello sugar, for a simple yet satisfying finale.

The menu is served nightly alongside Doberman’s full cocktail lineup, led by Kang. The globally inspired program features standout creations, such as the Tom Kha Fizz, made with gin, tom yum spices, coconut, and bird’s eye chili, and the Peter Pepper martini, which combines lemongrass shochu, dry vermouth, and white balsamic. A zero-proof menu offers spirit-free options with the same creativity, including the Coffee Cheesecake, a mix of espresso, parmesan, and honey.
