December Dining Bites
- MR CHOW at Caesars Palace is Now Open – Celebrity hot spot MR CHOW at Caesars Palace has reopened its doors as of Friday, Nov. 20. The well-known restaurant conceptualized and perfected refined Beijing cuisine dining with European style service. The menu features beloved dishes such as the Chicken Satay, Green Prawns, hand-pulled MR CHOW Noodles, and the famed Beijing Duck. MR CHOW is open Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Fulton Street Food Hall’s New “Build Your Own Pasta Bowls” – Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah’s Las Vegas now offers BYO Pasta Bowls. These custom bowls are available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. These bowls are served with the guest’s choice of penne or spaghetti pasta; alfredo, marinara, or pesto cream sauce; and grilled chicken, Italian sausage, or meatballs. All options are served with a fresh garlic knot. Prices start at $10.99 with different modifications bringing additional charges.
Repeal Day – On Dec. 5, 1933, Repeal Day restored American’s right to enjoy a celebratory drink. This Repeal Day, Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts invite guests to celebrate the historic day with these prohibition-inspired cocktails:
- Bugsy & Meyer’ Steakhouse at Flamingo Las Vegas offers an entire prohibition cocktail menu including:
- The Ritz Cocktail made with Hennessy V.S Cognac, Cointreau, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, Chandon Brut Rosé and garnished with a Luxardo cherry for $20.
- Scofflaw made with Bulleit Straight Bourbon, Boulard Calvados VSOP, passion fruit purée, grenadine, orange flower water and garnished with an orange twist for $18.
- The Brown Derby made with Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, honey syrup, grapefruit juice, and a grapefruit ribbon for $16.
- Mrs. Dick Johnson “The Famous Moll” made with Don Julio Blanco, Green Chartreuse, B&B liqueur, grapefruit syrup, lime juice, sea salt, and jalapeño for $20.
- Two Dollar Bill made with Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch and Drambuie Liqueur for $22.
- Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace offers a timeless Sazerac made with Knob Creek Rye whiskey, Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac, Peychaud’s bitters, and absinthe for $21.
- Bound Cocktail Lounge at The Cromwell offers a Classic Manhattan made with Bullet Rye Bourbon, Antica vermouth, and Angostura bitters, garnished with a Luxardo cherry and cinnamon stick for $18.
- For a limited time, Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Harrah’s Las Vegas is serving the Old Forester Festive Old Fashioned made with Old Forrester 1870 Bourbon, Angostura bitters, simple syrup, soda water, and cherry and orange muddled for $18.
- Nobu’s Illustrious Japanese Whiskey Collection at Caesars Palace – This holiday season, Nobu Restaurant & Lounge wants whiskey-lovers to experience the largest Japanese whiskey collection in Las Vegas with more than 87 Japanese whiskeys, including extremely rare and nearly impossible to find bottles. Some notable names include Nikka, Suntory, and Yamazaki, dating back decades to the 70s and 80s. Nobu also carries rare bottles from the legendary Karuizawa distillery, which has been closed for nearly 20 years.
Hospitality for the Holidays
With the holiday season in full swing, Caesars Entertainment is spreading the cheer by highlighting hotel and hospitality offerings available to guests in the month of December.
- 12 Days of Savings – Starting Dec. 7, 2020, guests can select from a variety of Vegas offers ranging from hotel discounts with dining or attraction credits to limited-time deals on suites on caesars.com/sale. - Feeling Fabulous at Flamingo Las Vegas – Treat yourself at the Spa at Flamingo, which is now open Saturday through Monday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Indulge in a variety of rejuvenating treatments such as the Deep Tissue Massage, Happy Feet Remedy, or Flamingo Signature Facial. - Return of the Rio! – On Dec. 22 at 10 a.m. PST, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino is set to officially reopen its doors to customers. This will be the final property company-wide in the U.S. and Canada to reopen following the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel will accommodate weekend stays, Thursday through Monday, while the gaming floor will be open seven days a week. The property will reopen with restaurants, bars, and lounges, the newly rebranded William Hill Race & Sports Book, gaming, retail outlets, a fitness center, and entertainment. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will also host the World Series of Poker® Main Event ® Final Table where the best player from the international and domestic brackets will face off in a head-to-head showdown to crown the 2020 World Champion.
End the Year with Entertainment
Caesars Entertainment is pleased to offer live entertainment with four of the available five previously open production shows on the Las Vegas Strip. In compliance with the recent government mandate which limits public gatherings to 50 people or fewer, ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace, Extravaganza at Bally’s and Tape Face and X Country at Harrah’s will continue to perform.
ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace
- ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace is one-part vivid imagination, two parts carnival and a shot of old-world burlesque mixed with a heavy dash of decadence. Audiences are treated to a night of imagination and excess with performances that amaze and inspire. The cast of eccentrics evokes thrills and chills as they perform amazing feats of virtuosity.

X Country at Harrah’s Las Vegas
- A Kick’n topless revue featuring a combination of traditional and modern country music chart toppers, X Country showcases stimulating performances from the X Country Girls, who will leave nothing to the imagination. True to the X brand, the X Country Girls are the most beautiful and talented on the Las Vegas Strip, who will tease and seduce the audience audiences to country music’s most popular songs from a combination of traditional and contemporary country music chart toppers.

Tape Face at Harrah’s Las Vegas
- Tape Face’s show is an eccentric, whimsical experience that can be enjoyed by audiences of many different backgrounds, ages, and languages. The America’s Got Talent sensation does not speak at all in his show and his message of being true to self can be heard clearly through his amusing routines using sounds, music, and laughter.

EXTRAVAGANZA – The Vegas Spectacular at Bally’s Las Vegas
- “Extravaganza – The Vegas Spectacular” features thrilling performances that showcase the captivating talents of over 30 of the most talented, sexy, and breathtaking artists from around the world – including dancers, acrobats, aerialists, skaters, comedians and, the return of the iconic showgirl to the legendary Jubilee Theatre. Beautiful feats of strength and flexibility will make you gasp while the spectacular sets, massive LED screens, and state-of-the-art holograms (which include some of Las Vegas’ most famous headliners, from Elvis to Frank Sinatra, among others), will take your breath away.
