CATCH Las Vegas – Glamorous Seafood at ARIA
★ FEATURED PROFILE
About CATCH Las Vegas
CATCH Las Vegas is the globally inspired, seafood centered restaurant inside ARIA Resort & Casino, and it carries the same star magnet energy that made the original CATCH locations favorites of boldface names from New York to Los Angeles. It is a seafood restaurant at ARIA built to make dinner feel like an event. It sits right in the main lobby, and the whole concept is designed to carry you from an early reservation into a late night without ever leaving the building.
The arrival sets the tone. Guests walk through an 80 foot arched pergola lined with twinkling foliage overhead and flower walls in full bloom, with photo nooks tucked along the way. The floors are red and white oak reclaimed from abandoned farms and warehouses in the Eastern United States. It feels like stepping into a secret garden, which explains why this entrance gets photographed so often. Rockwell Group led the design, drawing on the Los Angeles original and the Mediterranean.
Inside, the main dining room centers on an olive tree standing under its own glass roof. A rustic grey wood trellis overhangs the seating, so the room reads like an outdoor garden, while custom dyed Italian leather banquettes, teak framing salvaged from historic buildings, and walnut plank tables keep everything polished. The bar rises under a 16 foot vaulted ceiling, backed by glowing tiered bottles that multiply in the mirrors. Off the main room, a private lounge borrows the hush of a library, with dark walnut paneling, velvet banquettes, a tufted leather bar and a custom five foot crystal chandelier.
Then there is the food. The sharables lead with seafood, and the Catch Ceviche is the headliner, pairing Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, shrimp and scallops with mango and blood orange ponzu. On the sushi side, the vegan Veggie King Roll uses king oyster mushrooms, cashew and spicy miso, while the Hellfire Roll serves spicy tuna two ways with Asian pear and balsamic. The seafood and sushi combination towers turn a table into a centerpiece, which suits groups hunting for sushi on the Las Vegas Strip.
Hot dishes travel the globe. A5 Japanese Miyazaki wagyu is prepared tableside on a hot stone with yuzu soy, garlic oil, Maldon sea salt and sesame. Grilled Spanish octopus and the American Lobster Mac and Cheese round out the hot list. For a big finish, the 36 ounce, 25 day dry aged tomahawk comes with caramelized onion wagyu butter, and the 2.5 pound Cantonese lobster is built with sake, oyster sauce, scallions and garlic. The Hit Me Chocolate Cake invites you to smash a liquid Klondike bar perched on brownie, devil’s food cake and roasted white chocolate ice cream, while The Carnival delivers a wheel of warm ricotta donuts with dipping sauces. A vegan pistachio cheesecake closes out the menu.
The drinks keep pace. Cocktails nod to pop culture, like the Ziggy Stardust with tequila, white peach and ginger beer, and Catch 22, a Las Vegas exclusive that starts with a puff of cotton candy dissolving under a pour of vodka and yuzu. The wine list is playful and international, with a page of sake, deep rosé options and the Captain’s Stash, a reserve section of rare bottles. For a Las Vegas date night, a group celebration or a first night on the Strip, CATCH Las Vegas is a confident choice.

Know Before You Go
Reservations are your first move. Call ARIA Concierge at (702) 590-5757 or book through OpenTable, and do it early for weekends, holidays and big convention weeks, when the best times disappear first. Flexible diners usually have an easier time with an early seating. Larger parties should call directly.
Finding the restaurant is simple. CATCH Las Vegas is located within the main lobby at ARIA, at 3730 S Las Vegas Blvd. Rideshare and taxi drop off at the main entrance, and both valet and self parking serve the resort, so give yourself a few extra minutes to walk in. If you are staying elsewhere on the Strip, ARIA’s tram connects the resort with Bellagio and Park MGM, which makes it an easy add to a night of hopping between properties.
Dress for a stylish, photo happy crowd. Dressy casual through cocktail attire all fit the room, and polished shoes and a good outfit will help you look right at home. Because the pergola entrance is half the fun, arrive a little early and snap your photos before the host stand pulls you inside.
Timing shapes the experience. Early evening is more relaxed, which suits conversation, first dates and anyone who wants a calmer look at the room. Later seatings bring more energy and a livelier crowd, a better match for birthdays and group nights out. The late night lounge runs on select nights and sets its own schedule, so check ahead if a post dinner drink is part of your plan. Since CATCH leans into nightlife after dark, expect an adult crowd and ask about age policies when you book, especially if kids are in your group.
Plan your order like a sharing restaurant. Pick a few sharables, a roll or two and one larger plate for the table, then add dessert for the show. Vegan options include the Veggie King Roll and the pistachio cheesecake, but the kitchen is built around seafood, so mention shellfish and other allergies when you reserve.
