Celebrating some of the finest ingredients produced by local farms such as Herbs by Diane and Prime Color Growers, and select items straight from Italy, Locale features rustic Italian dishes with a mix of red sauce Italian and traditional cucina.

Guests can experience a true taste of Italy with the natural simplicity of the carefully chosen ingredients. Featuring an attainable meat-centric menu, signature items at Locale include Guancia Fritti “alla amatriciana” with onion marmelatta, guanciale and pecorino; Pici Carrietiera with cherry tomatoes, locale garlic chive and peperoncino; and Pollo al Forno with Bobo Farms chicken, polenta and peperonata. Starters range from $6-20 and entrees from $14-36.

“We are so fortunate to be able to work with such incredible suppliers and producers that treat their product with care and respect. With this menu, I wanted to take an in-depth approach to ingredients,” said Brisson. “Our menu will reflect the season and will feature all-natural, fresh produce. Some of the dishes won’t be widely recognized, because I wanted guests to experience true Italian food, but everything on the menu is approachable for families.”

All of the dishes at Locale complement the extensive wine list and the signature cocktails created by mixologist Erin Hall. Highlights include the Locale Old Fashioned with basil-infused Dickel rye, housemade citrus syrup, Angostura and grapefruit bitters, and the Barrel-Aged White Negroni made with Citadelle gin, Lillet Blanc and Italicus aged in a barrel.
The intimate 75-seat restaurant features a modern interior setting with industrial lighting, a decorative mirrored wall, eye-catching copper accents sprinkled throughout the establishment and framing the open kitchen, and large slate-colored barn doors separating the patio from the main dining room. Locale’s playlist dips heavily into the musical stylings of 90s classics, shuffling between alternative rock, hip hop, soul and rock n’ roll.
“We wanted to give locals and tourists alike a departure from the Strip’s costly dining prices in an elevated casual dining setting,” said Hooper. “And with Nicole at the helm, visitors can expect just that, a high-quality meal with a focus on freshness and taste at an attainable value.”
