La Cave Wine Hideaway Prix Fixe Dinner for New Year’s Eve

Complete with caviar, truffles, and champagne, Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will ring in 2020 with a decadent, five-course New Year’s Eve dinner, available exclusively on Tuesday, Dec. 31.

Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the first course will be ahi tuna and hamachi crudo, served with pickled cucumber and truffle ponzu. The second course will feature hakkaido sea scallops, osetra caviar, and meyer lemon burre blanc. Long Island crispy duck breast with fennel pollen and port cherries will be served as the third course. The fourth course, Colorado rack of lamb, will be served with sweet pea puree and hasselback potatoes. Dinner will end on a sweet note with a chef’s selections of desserts. The five-course dinner is priced at $175 per person, with sommelier-selected wine pairings available for an additional $75, excluding tax and gratuity.

La Cave’s full menu will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Seating for the prix fixe dinner service will begin at 7:30 p.m., with the last seating at 11 p.m. Reservations are available now by calling 702.770.3607 or online.

Morton Group, founded by famed restaurateurs Michael and Jenna Morton, introduced La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 to bring the exploration of wine and flavorful cuisine together in a picturesque atmosphere.
