Guests can experience a true taste of Venice with Cipriani‘s Bellini, created in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. at the original location, Harry’s Bar. Additional menu items include signature dishes such as carpaccio alla Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, Chilean sea bass “alla Carlina” served with rice pilaf, homemade potato gnocchi “al Gorgonzola” and sinfully delicious desserts such as vanilla meringue, tiramisu, and vanilla ice cream a la minute.
Designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, the restaurant features classic Cipriani design elements, including a nautical feel, glossy walnut and chrome accents, and terrazzo floors. Additionally, photographs of models including Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, and Naomi Campbell shot by Marco Glaviano, color accents, and various lighting touches are all unique to the Las Vegas space. The restaurant also features a separate private dining area perfect for intimate affairs.

Repaid for his generosity, Harry’s Bar was conceived in 1931 and its famously relaxed atmosphere, great food, and warm service have catered to a very eclectic clientele that has included Hollywood legends, royalty, artists, and people from all over the world throughout the years. Harry’s Bar was recognized in 2001 by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Arts as a national cultural landmark. It is the birthplace of ‘Carpaccio’ and the ‘Bellini’, a concoction of Prosecco and white peach purée, which was named after 15th-century Venetian painter, Giovanni Bellini.
