DTLV Presents: An Ugly Sweater Holiday Party will take place from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at We All Scream with DJs Neek Lopez and Gregory Michael Davis spinning music to keep holiday spirits high. A competition will be held for the worst Christmas sweater, in which one winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

Throughout the night, We All Scream will feature its new Spiked Hot Chocolate, made with guests’ choice of liquor and topped with whipped cream. Proceeds from the cocktail, available for $15, will be donated to U.M.O.K., a Downtown Las Vegas non-profit assisting low-income families and people experiencing homelessness.

U.M.O.K. is one of Las Vegas’s fastest-growing nonprofits, assisting individuals as well as other nonprofits locally and nationally. They distribute items to other nonprofits so they can create the impact they need to in their communities.

They host a monthly community relief event so the neighboring homeless community can receive necessities like hygiene items, hot meals, haircuts, and warm showers with partners Clean the World. They have a Distribution Center that offers low-income qualified members an opportunity to receive donations of necessities like hygiene items, baby care, cleaning supplies, housewares, over-the-counter medicines, pet supplies, toys, and school supplies. Any funding received goes to support the Distribution Center’s ongoing functions.
