Carmine’s inside The Forum Shops is offering specially-made cocktail and dessert options for Valentines Day. Featured on Cupid’s day will be the Lover’s Punch cocktail and Chocolate Martini, both $15, as well as a special take on the restaurant’s Chocolate Torte. On February 14th, the dessert will come cut in a heart shape and sprinkled with powdered sugar, topped with whipped cream, and surrounded by chocolate covered strawberries.

Hussong’s Cantina
In honor of Valentines Day, Hussong’s Cantina at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place is offering a special prix-fixe menu featuring three courses of palate pleasing Baja fare. Guests will start their meal with Green Pozole before diving into the Paella, made with Saffron rice, shrimp, chicken, mussels and Spanish sausage. For dessert, diners will indulge in Cajeta-filled Churros, all for $35 per person.

LAVO Italian Restaurant
LAVO Italian Restaurant inside The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino features a one-day-only $58 prix-fixe menu in honor of the lovers’ holiday. A surprise amuse bouche crafted by the chef kicks off dinner while the next course offers the choice of Rock Shrimp & Zucchini in Filo Dough or Heart Shaped Lobster Ravioli, made with king crab sauce, Tarragon and Calabrian Chile. The meal is centered by Roasted Arctic Char with winter vegetables and truffle emulsion and Baked Alaska Zuccotto topped with Amarena cherries closes out the evening.

LAVO Italian Restaurant is open from 5 pm to midnight Sunday through Thursday, 5 pm to 1 am on Friday and 6:30 pm to 1 am on Saturday.

Strip House
Strip House inside Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino is recognized as one of Las Vegas’ sexiest restaurants thanks to its décor alone. Cherry red walls and hints of old-world glamour make this the perfect setting for a romantic night on the town. Off-the-menu specials such as succulent Colossal Shrimp Scampi with grilled garlic bread and parsley sauce ($21), 24 oz. Chateaubriand for Two, carved tableside, ($98) as well as Potato Gnocchi with Shaved Fresh Black Truffle topped with parmesan cheese and chives ($21) will complete the dining experience.

TAO Asian Bistro
TAO Asian Bistro at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino offers a special $58 prix-fixe menu in celebration of Valentines Day. The delectable four-course menu begins with Oysters with Miso & Onion Mignonette and Tomato & Ponzu Salsa. Delving into the heart of the meal, first course options include Pan Seared Pork Belly with Spicy Picked Shimiji Mushrooms & Crispy Lotus Root and a Sashimi Bouquet with Yuzu & Rose Water Vinaigrette. For the second course, guests will enjoy a succulent Salt & Pepper Lobster Tail & Kobe Hanger Steak before ending the evening on a sweet note with Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with White Chocolate Yuzu Strawberry.

Slice of Vegas
Slice of Vegas at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place treats guests to an affordable and tasty prix-fixe menu beginning with Grilled Peach Salad made with fresh peaches, arugula, bleu cheese, candied nuts and bacon vinaigrette. The night’s featured entrée will be Lobster Fettuccini while dessert will bring a traditional Cannoli with vanilla and chocolate chip filling, chocolate sauce and sugar glaze grapes. Slice of Vegas’ Valentines Day menu is priced at $24 per person.
