TREVI Italian Restaurant Celebrates Mother’s Day
TREVI Italian Restaurant inside The Forum Shops at Caesars will celebrate Mother’s Day by offering a four-course prix fixe menu available exclusively on Sunday, May 11.
Executive Chef Peter Scaturro’s meal, priced at $60 per person, begins with a choice of traditional Caesar salad or a salad of fresh field greens. The appetizer selections include bruschetta, topped with tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms and shaved Parmigiano, or calamari fritti served with a chilled tomato caper sauce.
Guests may select between one of two enticing entrées with the fetuccine pollo carbonara, made with grilled chicken, English peas, prosciutto, sliced mushrooms and a parmesan cream sauce; or the salmon picatta, a flavorful blend of freshly-grilled salmon, grilled vegetables, black rice of Po Valley and lemon caper sauce.
Mothers may enjoy a dessert as sweet as them with the irresistible chocolate gooey cake, loaded with a hot fudge center and accompanied by a scoop of vanilla gelato and fresh raspberries. All mothers will receive one complimentary Bellini with purchase of the Mother’s Day prix fixe menu.
