About The Crack Shack

Created by The Crack Shack’s CEO Michael Rosen and celebrity chef Richard Blais, the three-meal casual dining venue will offer guests fried chicken, decadent sandwiches and unique menu offerings such as chicken oysters, mini biscuits, deviled eggs, Mexican poutine and more. A full bar and bar games also will be available.

The Crack Shack is the brainchild of Rosen and Blais and reflects their intense love of all things chicken and “breakfast for dinner.” Passionate about providing the highest quality ingredients from produce to poultry, The Crack Shack has infused a Southern California spirit into the restaurant experience by reimagining classic comfort food with fine dining flair in a warm and fun environment.

“The Crack Shack will be an engaging, fun and delicious addition to our resort’s dining program,” said Patrick Miller, president & COO of Park MGM. “The come-as-you-are vibe along with reimagined classic comfort food and craft cocktails will give guests another dining option certain to be memorable.”

Blais said, “Las Vegas is such a remarkable dining destination and I have dreamed of opening a restaurant here for years. Our main goal is to create an enjoyable environment for our guests where they can experience high quality and fun food in a city known for supporting that very thing, and we cannot be more excited to bring that to Park MGM.”

The Crack Shack will join Park MGM and Nomad Las Vegas’ spectacular food and beverage portfolio, featuring Roy Choi’s Best Friend, Hogsalt Hospitality’s Bavette’s Steakhouse and Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara’s NoMad Restaurant, among others. On The Record, a nightclub conceptualized by famed Los Angeles nightlife kings Mark and Jonnie Houston will open later this year.

The Crack Shack will be located on The Strip, adjacent to Eataly Las Vegas. Additional detail on the venue will be available next year.
