About Su Casa

Su Casa Sushi Bar is a unique dining experience nestled within the vibrant atmosphere of Mi Casa Grill Cantina. With a subtle Latin flair and award-winning sushi, Su Casa offers an unforgettable fusion of flavors and cultures.

OMAKASE EXPERIENCE

“Omakase is a Japanese word that means ‘to surrender,’ or ‘I’ll leave it up to you,’” Su Casa Executive Room Chef Shayne Galan said. As part of the Su Casa omakase experience, Chef Shayne and his team serve a series of dishes that showcase the freshest and most seasonal ingredients available, including one sushi roll, 10 pieces of nigiri, and four pieces of sashimi. This new omakase offering is $80, and is served with a Su Casa sake bomb, a beer cocktail made by pouring sake into a shot glass and dropping it into a glass of beer.

NEW MENU ITEMS

“We’ve energized the menu, adding nearly three dozen new options, including a wide selection of nigiri, sashimi, signature sushi rolls, noodles, entrees, and more,” Silverton Executive Chef Nick Beesley said.

New menu items include:

  • Ahi katsu ‘starter’, deep-fried, nori-wrapped tuna, served with mixed greens and ginger dressing. ($23)
  • Crispy tuna, made with crispy rice, spicy tuna, tuna sashimi, garlic chips, and sweet soy glaze ($20)
  • Orange dream roll, made with tempura salmon, cream cheese, avocado, Cajun-seared salmon, lemon slice, red onion, and truffle ponzu ($16)
  • Prime New York steak katsu sando, a steak katsu and samurai katsu sauce served with furikake French fries ($34)
  • Pork belly sizzle, made with sweet chili, ginger-glazed pork belly, and snow peas, served on a sizzling ishiyaki stone ($20)
