In a custom-designed space designed by award-winning architects Gensler & Associates inside the Bellagio Resort, Harvest treats guests to menu selections that include: charcuterie and artisanal cheeses and preserves; opulent vegetarian dishes; sustainable seafood cooked in a stone oven; grilled, dry-aged, and grass-fed beef; organic poultry and game from the rotisserie; along with adventurous small bites, market-driven sides and a line-up of classic cocktails featuring cold-pressed juices and homegrown herbs.

For ladies, the attire is elegant & dressy. For gentlemen, the attire is collared shirts or polos. Shorts, sports apparel, tank tops, and open-toe shoes are not permitted.
Harvest has both private & semi-private options for various party sizes.

Directions – From Hotel Lobby, with the reception desk on your left, walk into the Conservatory and follow the left pathway to Via Fiore past the Essentials Store. Harvest will be on your left just around the bend.

Set behind the famous Fountains of Bellagio, Bellagio Hotel and Casino offers an upscale day spa, multiple dining options, and elegant rooms with marble private bathrooms. O by Cirque du Soleil is the on-site show.
