Under the direction of Executive Chef and owner, Stephen Blandino, Americana serves contemporary cuisine that blends ingredients and flavors from various cultures.
Small Bites: Served daily from 8 – 10 p.m. in the bar and lounge area, small bite and drink selections are priced at $5 each. Bites include flatbread topped with cauliflower foraged mushrooms and egg; chipotle roasted Iowa pork tacos served with tomatillo and pineapple salsa; and chilled octopus salad mixed with celery, shaved red onion, and California olive oil. Specially priced drinks include house red wine, white wine, and champagne.
Social Hour: Every day from 3 – 6 p.m. in the bar and lounge, only, most wine, cocktails, and select menu options are priced at 50% off. Select menu options include “Diablo” tagliatelle pasta with Baja prawns, organic tomatoes and basil, and braised-all-day-short rib served over potato cube and heirloom carrots.
Weekly Harvest Menus: Chef Stephen Blandino prepares a new three-course harvest menu, weekly, which included unlimited wine pairings with each course. The Harvest menu dinners are priced at $42 per person.
Cooking Classes: Blandino has introduced lunchtime cooking classes one Saturday per month. Priced at $75 per person, reservations are available by calling (702) 331-5565.
Sunday Brunch: Served every Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Americana’s Sunday butler-style brunch selections include eggs Benedict served with tender pork belly and hollandaise sauce; smoked salmon served on a toasted bagel with cream cheese; “Shrimp-n-Grits” topped with a brandy reduction; Hawaiian tuna poke served with seaweed and wonton chips; and Rosa’s spaghetti and meatballs with ricotta and basil. Sunday brunch is priced at $42 for adults and $20 for children eight and older. Children under eight eat for free. Bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys are available for $17 per person.
Oyster Fest Tuesdays: Every Tuesday, fresh oysters, priced at $1 each, are served all day.
Wine Wednesday: Half-off selected bottles of wine including Belle Glos, Las Alturas Pinot Noir, Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, The Prisoner Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, among others, and social hour dishes, between 6-8 p.m. every Wednesday. Wine Wednesday pricing is available in the bar and lounge, only.
