Piero’s Italian Cuisine, a treasured Las Vegas fine dining restaurant, will raise a glass to 2022 on New Year’s Eve with live music, dining offerings, and a celebratory champagne toast at midnight on Friday, Dec. 31.

Located directly off the Las Vegas Strip, Piero’s is an ideal destination to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks show and welcome 2022 in style. The Vegas landmark will count down to the new year with festive decorations and party favors such as confetti, balloons, hats, and more. From 5:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., The restaurant will feature live entertainment in its renowned Monkey Bar by Carmine Mandia, a professional vocalist based in Vegas specializing in the music of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack era. At midnight, Piero’s will offer a complimentary champagne toast to ring in the new year Vegas-style.

The restaurant will feature special dishes throughout the evening in addition to its full dinner menu, which features beloved favorites including the osso buco, which has been on the menu since 1982, bone-in veal parmigiana, homemade agnolotti with ricotta and spinach, and Piero’s signature Garbage Caesar salad. Guests may pair their meals with a glass of wine from Piero’s wine collection – one of the largest in the city – or a cocktail, such as one of their many specialty martinis.
