Peyote Celebrates Valentine’s Day Weekend with Cocktails & Caviar

Peyote, Las Vegas’ only live-fire restaurant and bar, invites sweethearts to cuddle up around the fireplace this Valentine’s Day weekend to indulge in beverages and bites prepared over an open flame.

Located at 1028 Fremont St. inside Fergusons Downtown Motel, Peyote will offer the sizzling menu exclusively from Friday, Feb. 11 through Sunday, Feb. 13. 

Peyote’s sweetheart offering, built for two and priced at $115, features caviar and country ham bites, made with Ossetra caviar and American-style prosciutto served on a crispy potato cake.

The menu also includes the Love Potion #9, a shareable cocktail made with mezcal, passion fruit, Campari, sweet vermouth, and smoked citrus; and for dessert, a box of locally made chocolates from Happy Ending. To accompany the spread, the package also includes a bouquet of freshly cut flowers.

Each item will be available to order à la carte throughout the weekend, with country ham and caviar bites priced at $40, Love Potion #9 shareable cocktail priced at $28, Happy Ending Chocolates priced at $15, and fresh flowers priced at $32. 

Additional dinner selections, prepared over an open flame, include wood fire steak and fries, featuring a 10-oz. vintage beef sirloin tip and smoke ancho béarnaise; nopales-stuffed chile relleno, with wood-roasted carrot mole, mixed pickles and togorashi; the Peyote fried chicken sandwich, made with Jidori chicken thigh, iceberg slaw, Peyote hot sauce, blended mustard, and B&B pickles; and more.

Peyote will also be open for a romantic brunch on its picturesque patio. Along with the Valentine’s Day package, signature dishes include roasted banana French toast, with candied pecans and bourbon molasses syrup; from the grill eggs benedict, made with a buttermilk biscuit, hollandaise and choice of grilled pork belly or beef tri-tip; and more. 

Peyote’s new hours of operation are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the bar open until midnight, Thursday through Saturday; and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. For Valentine’s Day reservations and package pre-orders, visit their website.
