Panchos Mexican Restaurant Celebrates National Tequila Day

It’s tequila time! Panchos Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will keep the tequila flowing with shot specials in honor of National Tequila Day, Sunday, July 24.

Tequila shot specials will include pours of silver tequila, priced at $5; reposado tequila shots, priced at $7; and añejo tequila shots, priced at $9. More than 35 brands of tequila are available for the special, including Patrón, Herradura and Don Julio. Signature margaritas will also be available for purchase, including the Jalapeño Margarita, made with Zarco Silver tequila mixed with homemade margarita mix, triple sec, and topped with sliced jalapeño and a Tajín powder rim garnish, priced at $10.25.

Food selections will include Carne Asada a la Ab, charbroiled, USDA prime flat-iron steak, served with a cheese enchilada, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and Mexican-style rice and beans, served in a sizzling hot skillet, priced at $20.95 for lunch and $25.95 for dinner; Especial de Cabo, chicken breast mixed with sautéed shrimp and crab meat in a tomato, onion and wine sauce, topped with melted cheese, diced avocados and tomatoes, served with Mexican-style rice, priced at $18.95 for lunch and $25.95 for dinner; and Birria Chef Ramon, a centuries-old dish featuring oven-roasted beef marinated in special herbs and guajillo chiles, accompanied by onions, cilantro, limes and a special sauce, served with Mexican-style rice, frijoles de la olla and hot tortillas, priced at $17.95 for lunch and $22.95 for dinner. Dinner prices feature the choice between a house salad or soup of the day with each entrée.
