LIGHT Nightclub 2015 New Year's Eve Lineup Announced

LIGHT Nightclub, the state-of-the-art nightlife venue at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino turned on by the creative minds behind Cirque du Soleil and The Light Group, announced its 2015 New Year’s Eve lineup via Snapchat.

Renowned music producer and breakthrough star Nicky Romero and GRAMMY-nominated top-charted Swedish DJ/producer Alesso will headline the venue’s NYE weekend parties Tuesday, Dec. 30 and Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Using the “My Story” feature on Snapchat, the photo and video app that is viewed 500 million times daily, the unprecedented nightlife destination announced its not-to-be-missed New Year’s Eve weekend shows which will provide partygoers a chance to ring in 2015 in an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Las Vegas. Cirque du Soleil aerialists, a stunning visual production, glitter booms, pyro and a countdown clock to 2015 will add to the ambiance of the evening’s festivities which will be highlighted by two of the world’s biggest DJs.

Crossover dance music mastermind Nicky Romero, who has proven to bring explosive sets of EDM favorites to sold-out crowds worldwide, will kick off the celebration with his chart-topping tracks including “Symphonica,” his No. 1 U.K. hit “I Could Be The One” with Avicii and “Legacy,” his highly sought-after collaboration with Krewella. Sweden’s hottest export, Alesso will perform current hits including “Heroes (We Could Be)” and “Tear the Roof Up,” among others,as revelers ring in the New Year.
