Executive Chef William DeMarco has prepared two prix-fixe menus to honor New Year’s Eve, the first, a four-course dinner for the first seating from 5 to 8 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner for a later seating at 8:30 to 11 p.m. The four-course dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of roasted cauliflower soup with Osetra caviar. Ahi tuna crudo with pickled grapes, crispy capers, and EVOO will be served for the first course; followed by pappardelle with lobster tail, asparagus and pea puree for the second course. American wagyu sirloin with celery root puree and fresh winter truffles will be served for the main course. The dinner will conclude with a chef’s selections of desserts. The holiday menu is priced at $110 per person, with a sommelier’s select wine pairing available for an additional $60.

For the second seating, Chilean sea bass served with petite baby vegetables and roasted tomato broth will be served as the third course. The five-course menu is priced at $175 per person, with a sommelier’s select wine pairing available for an additional $75.

For those looking to start the celebration early, La Cave’s butler-style brunch will be offered from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. La Cave’s tray-passed brunch offerings include more than a dozen selections, including pancakes with berry compote, baked potato loaded tater tots with brown gravy, New York-style egg sandwiches, chef’s selection ham and egg flatbread and more. La Cave’s Sunday brunch is priced at $48 per adult and $28 per child. Bottomless sangria, bloody marys, mimosas and more are also served at brunch, priced at $28.

Reservations for New Year’s Eve are available now by calling 702.770.3607. The regular menu will not be offered for New Year’s Eve, only the four and five-course menus. Modifications will be available for diners with dietary restrictions.
