Jayde Fuzion at M Resort Spa Casino All-You-Can-Eat Sushi
By popular demand, Jayde Fuzion restaurant at M Resort Spa Casino has expanded its all-you-can-eat sushi program with extended hours and new menu items.
Starting Friday, Oct. 3, all-you-can-eat sushi will be available seven days a week in the sushi bar, offering unlimited sushi rolls, hand rolls, nigiri and several new small plates, along with a complimentary carafe of sake, for $24.95 per person (pre-tax).
New additions to the all-you-can-eat sushi menu include small plates such as crispy calamari, chilled Vietnamese salad rolls, pork egg rolls, steamed BBQ pork puns, vegetable tempura, seaweed salad, pickled Asian cucumber salad, edamame and miso soup.
Popular favorites remain on the menu including the Surf & Turf Roll – Kobe beef, spicy tuna. Rice, nori, yum yum sauce and eel sauce, the M Girl Roll – shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumbers, jalapeño, rice, topped with spicy tuna, crunch and yum yum sauce and the Jayde Roll – spicy crab, asparagus, rice and nori, topped with seared tuna, crunch, and creamy ponzu. Nigiri selections include ikura (salmon eggs), unagi (fresh water eel), bluefin tuna, hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (big eye tuna), sake (salmon), albacore (white tuna), uni (sea urchin), hirame (fluke), tako (octopus) and ebi (shrimp).

Jayde Fuzion is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m. Seating for all-you-can-eat sushi is limited to the sushi bar and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Jayde Fuzion, the grand prize venue from Food Network’s Restaurant Express, offers an intimate dining experience for up to 150 guests with a sushi bar and a private dining room for up to 20 guests.
