To make Fathers Day at Bottiglia Cucina a memorable one, Bottiglia’s executive chef, Alessandro Capuano, will prepare flavorful and sophisticated dishes.
- Dinner selections include the antipasti salad, featuring mortadella, salami, fontina cheese, olives, peppers, artichokes, and garbanzo beans over a bed of romaine lettuce and dressed with an olive vinaigrette, priced at $16
- Steak tartare with mushrooms, radishes, and crispy garlic, topped with truffle aioli and served with parmesan crostini, priced at $25
- New York steak, served with polenta and Italian cabbage, priced at $49
Bottiglia’s signature cocktails pair well with any guest’s meal, including:
- Speziata, crafted with Don Julio tequila, cucumber essence, jalapeño, lime, and cilantro, priced at $16
- Boulevardier, made with Woodinville whiskey, Campari, and Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth, priced at $16

Serving sophisticated Tuscan-style fare in a bright and lively setting, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca is located within Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson.
The menu is bountiful with antipastas, salads, fresh fish, and specialty pasta dishes complemented with wines from all around the world.
Bottiglia is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; Reverse Happy Hour is from 9 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
