Enclave Announces Emeril Lagasse as New Catering Partner

Enclave, a multifaceted meeting and event facility, has added acclaimed chef, restaurateur, television personality and author, Emeril Lagasse and his off-site catering brand, Emeril’s Catering, to its preferred vendor list.

Enclave’s team of experienced professionals, along with Lagasse’s team of chefs, have designed exclusive plated coursed dinners, special events menus and custom tray-passed hors d’oeuvres designed to meet the needs of Enclave’s diverse clientele. Lagasse’s cuisine incorporates signature dishes from several of his restaurants both locally and nationally, with offerings that include Emeril’s New Orleans gumbo, made with choice of chicken, andouille sausage or seafood; Hudson Valley duck ragout with cavatelli pasta tossed in truffle cream and pecorino cheese; pecan-crusted Texas redfish with Anson Mills heirloom grits and Creole meunière sauce; Emeril’s Berkshire pork chop with green mole, tamarind glaze and caramelized sweet potatoes; and much more.

Dedicated salad, pasta, seafood and meat carving stations are available for large parties. Seasonal hors-d’oeuvres will incorporate fresh, seasonal flavors using locally available produce.

About Emeril Lagasse

Chef Emeril Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 12 restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miramar Beach, FL and Bethlehem, PA.  In 1990 Lagasse opened his first restaurant, Emeril’s, in New Orleans’ Warehouse District. Two years later, he opened NOLA Restaurant in the French Quarter.
