El Dorado Cantina is excited to announce its third location, in Southwest Las Vegas, is open for business today, Monday, June 28 at 11 a.m.
Serving its popular authentic Mexican cuisine featuring sustainably sourced, organic, non-GMO ingredients, the restaurant will offer the same award-winning, mouth-watering menu as its sister locations. Popular dishes include tableside guacamole, fajita platters, enchiladas, street tacos, a selection of vegan options, and their famous flan; accompanied by signature margaritas and specialty cocktails, in addition to a full-service bar with fifteen video slot machines and a selection of domestic and imported draft beers.
The restaurant’s 4,500 square-foot interior celebrates the culture and lifestyle of ancient Mexican civilization in a stylized and modern way, creating a multi-sensory dining experience. Dark wood, richly appointed leather booths, intricate stained-glass light fixtures, elegant gold and red accents, and one-of-a-kind hand-painted art installations are surrounded by El Dorado’s signature red rose walls throughout. The space accommodates up to 170 guests including outdoor patio seating.
