CRUSH Serves Romantic Dinners for Valentine’s Day

CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will serve romantic dinners for Valentine’s Day from Thursday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 17.

Selections will be prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, including an American-style surf and turf dinner.

CRUSH will serve a surf and turf dinner of steak and fresh seafood, priced at $52. The dinner will include an 8-ounce beef filet topped with corn puree and a 4-ounce lobster tail, served with spaghetti squash. A recommended wine pairing of Napa Cellars 2015 cabernet sauvignon also will be available for $24 by the glass.
