With the holiday season approaching, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar at The LINQ offers a fun atmosphere with authentic Mexican cuisine and an array of holiday fiesta packages available from Monday, Dec. 1 through Tuesday, Dec. 23.

For both corporate holiday parties and family gatherings, alike, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar has a venue and a menu to please the masses. The multi-level, 14,000-square-foot establishment offers a semi-private dining room situated on the main floor that accommodates up to 40 for a seated meal. The second-level, indoor-outdoor dining room, complete with a full bar and patio overlooking The LINQ and the High Roller observation wheel, can also be reserved for cocktail reception events for up to 110 guests. The entire venue has a total capacity of nearly 500.

The Mix, Mingle & Celebrate Package is priced at $35 per person and includes one cocktail per guest, an array of small bites and two dessert options, ideal for guests to socialize and celebrate. Guests can choose four savory small bites, with selections including the marinated pulled pork tostada, shrimp ceviche, mini chicken enchiladas, seared ahi tuna, braised short rib and more. For a sweet finale, both flan and tres leches will be available to party patrons.

Priced at $45 per person, the Holiday Happy Hour Dinner Package includes two cocktails per guest and is available from 4 to 7 p.m. any day of the week. For starters, diners will begin with cilantro cream soup; second course selections include the choice of two family-style dishes such as pulled chicken tostadas, shrimp ceviche, pork sopes, guacamole and slow roasted ribeye tacos; third course entrées options include chicken enchiladas, pork tenderloin or sweet corn enchiladas, all served with Mexican street corn, black beans and yucca fries for the table. To end the meal on a sweet note, guests have the option of flan, made with vanilla bean custard and caramel sauce, or tres leches, made with soaked sponge cake and rompope crème anglaise.
