Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Restaurants Have Seasonal Prix Fixe Menus

Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas restaurants are embracing the soaring temperatures with summer-inspired dishes and menus at eight Strip staples.

Caesars Palace is showcasing guest favorites and seasonal delights with its summer dining series. Guests can dine #LikeACaesar at six Caesars Palace restaurants including:

Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN, inspired by FOX’s globally popular “Hell’s Kitchen” television show, offers a dining experience like no other. Feel as if you are dining on the set of the fiery show while enjoying signature dishes with the lunch and dinner prix fixe menus. Starting at $60, these menus allow guests to enjoy some of the best that HELL’S KITCHEN has to offer, including Ramsay’s famous beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding.

MR CHOW offers world-class dining at a world-class price with its prix fixe summer menu. Designed to be enjoyed by a minimum of two guests, this $49 menu starts with a choice of chicken satay with peanut sauce, fresh scallops on the half shell, crab claws or the signature MR CHOW noodles. Guests can then choose between nine seasons prawns, beef with oyster sauce, spicy pork with chili and drunken fish as their main course. Each meal includes sides of sautéed rice with shrimp and sautéed baby bok choi and is complete with the chef’s choice of dessert.

Nobu Restaurant & Lounge, famous for its elevated Japanese cuisine, is celebrating the summer months with two prix fixe menus – the $125 Nobu Kokoro menu and the $190 Hoshi menu. Both menus include a perfectly balanced selection of Chef Nobu Matuhisa’s signatures sashimi, a chef’s selection of seasonal sushi, seafood of the highest-quality, fresh vegetables, premium umami chicken and meat dishes and the chef’s choice of dessert.

Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay’s acclaimed restaurant at Caesars Palace, is celebrating summer with a $50 menu that highlights the restaurant’s vibrant Southwestern cuisine. Guests will start with their choices of appetizers, such as the roasted corn soup or the tiger shrimp and roasted garlic corn tamale. As an entrée, guests can enjoy their choice of ancho chile honey glazed salmon, new Mexican rubbed pork tenderloin, sixteen spiced chicken or a 24 oz. certified Angus beef porterhouse steak. This menu ends on a sweet note, with a choice of either coconut cream key lime pie or the chocolate and berry shortcake.

Old Homestead Steakhouse is sure to please guests this summer with its $55 Prime Rib Special. This classic meal begins with either a classic Caesar salad or French onion soup. For their entrée, guests will enjoy the espresso crusted prime rib served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and broccolini. Guests can elevate their meal with a lobster tail for an additional $35. This decadent meal is finished off with a vanilla bean crème brulee for dessert.

Rao’s, the legendary New York City staple offers authentic Italian cuisine at Caesars Palace. The $50 prix fixe summer dinner menu features some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. For the first course, guests can enjoy the frisée salad, roasted red pepper and buffalo mozzarella or the cannellini bean hummus. For their entrée, guests can choose from the pan-seared sole, pesto chicken penne or the grilled flat iron steak. For dessert, guests can enjoy either the chocolate raspberry trifle or the cannoli ice cream sundae.

Two additional restaurants at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts offer summer prix fixe menus you won’t want to miss including:

GIADA, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis’ namesake restaurant at The Cromwell is offering an $85 three-course summer tasting menu. True to her signature Italian cuisine with Californian influences, the menu allows guests to choose between antipasti or the arugula salad as an appetizer, and Italian fried chicken, a Berkshire pork tomahawk or salmon for the entrée. Coupled with the menu is the rigatoni with vegetable Bolognese. Guests will delight in a sweet treat from GIADA’s signature dessert service to finish off the meal.

Martorano’s at Paris Las Vegas, famous for its Italian-American dishes, is offering guests a $50 three-course summer menu packed full of delicious options. After their choice of antipasti, guests can choose between four of Martorano’s specialties as their entrée including chicken marsala, spaghetti D.O.P, penne parmesan cream and chicken parmigiana. This special meal is finished with an Italian dessert staple, homemade pannacotta.
