The all-new Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace was Las Vegas Weekly’s readers’ choice for Best Room Service in Las Vegas. “Legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa serves refined, modern Japanese cuisine on five continents, but there’s only one place to sample his breakfast, and it happens to be right down the street…blueberry and yuzu soba pancakes, green tea waffles and Japanese-style breakfasts are worth that stay-cation all by themselves,” noted the Weekly.
