Andiron Steak & Sea Embraces Fall with New Menu Items
Downtown Summerlin’s favorite upscale dining spot, Andiron Steak & Sea, focuses on new fall flavors and high-quality seasonal ingredients as new dinner, brunch, Happy Hour, and desserts make their way to the table.
Whether a date night out, Happy Hour post-office or brunch with the ladies, Andiron is the perfect choice for crave-worthy steak and sea fare. All new menu items are available now.
Along with favorites like a variety of Steakhouse Cuts, Scottish Salmon, Fanny Bay Oysters, Steak Tartare and the Andiron Caesar Salad, guests can delight in a variety of new menu items including:

Burrata and Fresh Figs – prosciutto, pistachios, champagne vinaigrette
Fall Harvest Salad – spinach, radicchio, persimmons, pumpkin seeds, roasted butternut squash, sherry maple vinaigrette
French Onion Soup – sherry, gruyere crouton
Hamachi Crudo – crispy quinoa, shaved radish, aguachile sauce
Linguini and Clams – white wine, garlic butter, lemon, chili
New Bedford Scallops – roasted heirloom squash, pomegranate vinaigrette
Compart Farms Pork Chop – brussels sprouts, truffle mashed potatoes, black pepper glaze

ABOUT ANDIRON STEAK & SEA
Elizabeth Blau and her husband Chef Kim Canteenwalla are the minds behind Las Vegas’ much-loved Honey Salt and Buddy V’s Ristorante. With the debut of Andiron Steak & Sea, they introduced a new level of sophistication in an inviting, approachable setting. Paying homage to all things grilled, roasted, shucked and seared, Andiron combines the masculine elements of a traditional steakhouse and infuses them with distinctly feminine inspirations. Andiron Steak & Sea serves Dinner seven days a week from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., Weekend Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Happy Hour featuring small plates, beverage specials and $1.50 oysters in the bar from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. daily.
