GRAMMY award-winning duo Silk Sonic, composed of Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak, surprised thrilled guests with an unannounced performance at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, a hidden speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday, August 12.

Mars and Paak arrived around 12:30 a.m. after their show at Park MGM with several friends, marking another return trip to the saloon for Paak.

Mars, dressed in tan pants and a vibrant blue and yellow shirt, and Paak, donning a blond wig and dressed in blue jacket and pants, joined the evening’s house band, The 442s, for a 15-minute energizing set that included “Roxanne” by The Police, “Your Love” by The Outfield, and “Last Resort” by Papa Roach.

From the stage, Mars and Paak interacted with fans in the crowd who were visibly excited to see the duo perform. While at the lounge, Mars ordered Selvarey Rum, an upscale rum label that he co-owns. The duo stayed at the lounge for approximately an hour before departing for the night.

Before leaving, Mars told staff and the crowd that he “loved the band and the speakeasy’s atmosphere.”
