Chef Steve Young and Beverage Director David Bonatesta of Al Solito Posto are excited to announce several delicious new seasonal updates to the dinner and beverage menus.

New dinner menu items include:

  • Two new salads:
    • Roasted Beet Salad with whipped ricotta, figs, hazelnuts, and apple cider vinaigrette.
    • Fall Squash Salad with pistachios, soft brie, delicata squash agrodolce, and Belgian endive.
  • Two new pastas:
    • Casarecce with fennel sausage, broccoli rabe, sweet peppers, and ricotta salata.
    • Radiatori with English peas, speck, and black truffle butter.
  • Two new mains (and an update):
    • Butternut Squash Risotto with pumpkin seeds, sage, mascarpone, and parmesan.
    • Veal Chop Milanese with arugula, tomatoes, red onion parmesan, and lemon.
    • Seafood Cioppino now includes Maine lobster along with mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp, and shellfish broth.
  • An all new Supplementare section, additions to any protein or pasta, including: 6 oz. Cold Water Lobster Tail, Roasted Bone Marrow, Sea Seared Scallops, Grilled Shrimp, and Shaved Burgundy Black Truffles
  • New seasonal dessert 
    • Pumpkin Cheesecake with spiced caramel white chocolate anglaise & brown butter crumble.

Beverage Director David Bonatesta has added four seasonal cocktails along with updates to two signature drinks and an updated spirit-free section.

  • Seasonal:
    • Hocus Pocus – pumpkin Wheatley vodka, chai teas, grapefruit, lemon, Jamaican bitters, gose beer.
    • Mela Delicata – Old Forester bourbon, St. George spiced pear, apple cider, lemon, cherry.
    • Il Capo – coca nib veras mezcal, Vecchia Romagna brandy, carpano antica, amaro.
    • Italian Hot Cider – Old Forester bourbon, mulled apple cider, Pedro Ximenez sherry, amaro della sacra, spices, orange.
  • Updated Signatures:
    • C.M.P. – Rittenhouse rye, blanc vermouth, spiced quince, meletti, lemon, pineapple.
    • Twilight Glow – Cocktail for two featuring el jimador reposado tequila, avua amburana, st. germain, passionfruit, falernum, agave, lime, pineapple, absinthe.
  • New Spirit-Free Cocktails:
    • Tropical Mule – ginger, lime, pineapple, soda water.
    • Spritz Al Caffe! – espresso, vanilla, grapefruit, lemon, tonic.
    • Tramonto al Sud – Lyre’s Italian Orange, lime, orgeat strawberry, pineapple, mint.
    • Arancia Speziata – Lyre’s Aperitivo Rosso, lemon, orange, cinnamon, soda water.
