“Palms will offer a diverse restaurant offering,” notes General Manager Cynthia Kiser Murphey.

“We’re bringing back the classic Las Vegas buffet, along with our award-winning steakhouse, Scotch 80 Prime. We’ve joined forces with Tim Ho Wan to present world-class dim sum and with Iron Chef winner Michael Symon to offer his wildly popular barbeque recipes – and the perfect place to party — at Mabel’s BBQ”.

“Our exceptional culinary team will also debut a new pizza parlor, the new Serrano Vista Cafe offering comfort food with a contemporary twist and an exciting pop-up in the beautiful Greene Street Kitchen space,” adds Murphey. “Amidst these diverse dining options, our guests can expect exceptional quality and unforgettable service.”

Is Palms Casino Resort going to reopen its buffet?

Palms is proud to bring back its A.Y.C.E. Buffet, which will be open for breakfast, dinner, and weekend brunch. A.Y.C.E. Buffet features seven globally-inspired stations with bold flavors, flame-broiled classics, and options with everything prepared fresh.

Joining the culinary lineup and brand new to Palms is Serrano Vista Cafe. It features quality ingredients prepared in modern applications. From the atmosphere to the cuisine, these unique dishes offer California classics with fresh produce and enticing flavors.

“It’s our goal to deliver great dining options for our guests. From fine dining to classic smoked barbeque recipes to fast-casual options at Palms Pizza and our food court,” adds VP of Food and Beverage Greg Van Stone.

“I’m pleased to share with our guests the overall variety that we serve; from the dim sum at Tim Ho Wan to the perfectly prepared steaks at Scotch 80 Prime, as well as introduce our newest restaurant, Serrano Vista Cafe, home to our casual, comfort food offerings with a classic California vibe.”
