Fans packed the sold-out theater where they danced and sang along to hit songs including “Butterflies,” “Golden Hour” and “Follow Your Arrow.” Musgraves surprised fans with her own spin on the 1978 classic, “I Will Survive” before closing out the nearly two-hour set with “High Horse,” a single from her Grammy Award-winning album “Golden Hour.” The songstress enchanted fans with her breathtaking vocals and stunning set adorned with 1970s-reminiscent butterfly visuals and rainbow-colored laser beams that cascaded over the crowd.

At one point during her set, her band, clad in matching maroon suits, slyly began playing happy birthday when Musgraves admitted that at the stroke of midnight, she would celebrate her 31stbirthday, joking that she would rather pretend she was turning 27.

Los Angeles-based group, Poolside, opened the show with their signature “daytime disco” sound.
