Celebrating their recent “Best of Las Vegas” award from Las Vegas Weekly, Edo Tapas & Wine partners Roberto Liendo and Chef Oscar Amador Edo have announced a new limited-time Pinchos Happy Hour/Reverse Happy Hour menu.

The new offerings include an array of revisited classic “pinchos” (small bites) from Chef Oscar’s home in Northern Spain (priced at only $250-3.50/item) as well as half-off oysters and select bottles of wine, $6 wine by the glass, and $7 Hendrick’s Gin & Tonics. Happy hour specials will be available from 5-6 p.m. Mon-Fri and 10 p.m. to close every day (Edo Tapas & Wine is open until 11 p.m. Sun-Thurs, and until 1 a.m. Fri-Sat).

‘We just wanted to thank our loyal guests for all their support during our first months,” said Liendo, “And let those who haven’t visited yet have an easy way to try us.”

Menu highlights include classic Spanish tortilla (potato omelet) with bourbon salsa rosa; spicy black sausage with rice, shishito pepper, and tomatillo salsa; beef carpaccio; piquillo peppers stuffed with brie and jamon iberico; and empanada de butifarra (Catalan sausage turnover with chimichurri).

“These are some of my favorite midsummer snacks from Barcelona,” said Chef Edo. “Because sometimes you just want a bite or two of something delicious instead of a big meal.”

The full menu of hot & cold tapas, large plates, Iberico de bellota, oysters, imported Spanish cheeses, gin & tonics, signature cocktails, and fresh sangrias will also be available during happy hour times.
