Paris Las Vegas Celebrates 20 Years of “Oh Là Là”

Paris Las Vegas has been an iconic destination on the Las Vegas Strip since it opened nearly 20 years ago on Sept. 1, 1999. In addition to its authentic replicas of French landmarks and romantic atmosphere, much of the resort’s success is owed to its employees — more than 500 of which have worked at Paris Las Vegas since day one. Beginning Sunday, Sept. 1, guests are invited to experience the resort’s anniversary festivities that celebrate the continued success, spirit and sophistication of Paris Las Vegas.

Indulge in the Délicieux Anniversaire Brunch

On Sunday, Sept. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Soleil Pool at Paris Las Vegas will usher in the anniversary celebrations with a poolside brunch underneath the iconic Eiffel Tower replica. Guests are invited to enjoy a French-inspired buffet featuring an eggs Benedict station, a build-your-own French toast and crêpe station, an assortment of fruits, cheeses, pastries and more from atop the two-acre rooftop pool. Live entertainment and synchronized swimmers will dazzle guests throughout the brunch. Tickets start at $35 and are available online. Guests can upgrade their tickets to include an open bar option, pouring bottomless mimosas with Moët & Chandon, Ciroc, and Hennessy cocktails and Peroni Nastro Azzurro.

Snap an Instagram-Worthy Photo in the Lobby

For a limited time, guests can admire a beautiful floral wall with a French flag theme, commemorating the anniversary in the hotel’s elegant lobby. Additionally, the hotel lobby will feature a 40-inch-tall decorative cake replica of the exterior of Paris Las Vegas and the Eiffel Tower, designed by the resort’s talented pastry team. The main entrance off Las Vegas Boulevard also features a permanent floral wall with neon signage surrounded by pink and white roses, serving as a jealousy-inducing backdrop for those looking to capture Instagram-worthy photos on The Strip.

Watch the Free, Nightly Eiffel Tower Light Show

To kick off the resort’s anniversary celebration, Paris Las Vegas first illuminated the Las Vegas Strip with the debut of a $1.7 million light show at the Eiffel Tower on Feb. 27, 2019. Inspired by the Eiffel Tower’s illuminations in France, the enhanced lighting at the Paris Las Vegas attraction offers a free, recurring show featuring synchronized and choreographed twinkling and colored lights for visitors to enjoy nightly on The Strip. In partnership with Vision Sign Inc., Paris Las Vegas installed approximately 300 color washing light fixtures and more than 800 white strobe lights on the tower’s exterior. Guests can enjoy the nightly light show every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour from sunset to midnight.

Enjoy a Romantic Picnic by the Pool

Soleil Pool now offers poolside picnic baskets for guests to snack and sip under the Eiffel Tower. Guests can choose from three packages: Kettle One Botanical, Truly Bucket or Lovers Package, which range from $45 to $300. Each package includes a cheese and cracker board, as well as a choice of select cocktail options. Picnic baskets are available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and can be purchased at the bar or through a cocktail server at the Soleil Pool.

Take in the Best Views in Las Vegas at The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck

An icon of the Las Vegas skyline since the opening of Paris Las Vegas, the 541-foot-tall Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas is a half-scale replica of the famous Paris, France landmark and remains the tallest reproduction of the original. The high-altitude attraction consists of 5,000 tons of welded steel.
