Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will go meatless this National Nachos Day with ‘Southwest Veggie Nachos’ available exclusively on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
Pancho’s Southwest Veggie Nachos are prepared with toasted corn tostaditas, layered with black beans, cheddar and jack cheeses, corn, pico de gallo, black olives, fajita peppers, and jalapenos, garnished with sour cream and guacamole, priced at $16.95.
In addition, Pancho’s classic nachos are made with toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses, topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $16.95; with the option to add chicken or beef for $3. Pancho’s nachos are also available during happy hour for $8.95 from 2 to 7 p.m.
